The Festival of Native Peoples features culture with music and dance from many Native American tribes, while Folkmoot USA offers global sights and sounds from over 350 performers from nearly a dozen countries. Another popular event–Mountain Dance and Folk Festival–offers sounds of banjo, fiddle and dulcimer along with traditional dance, while Shindig on the Green features bluegrass music. Finally, Singing on the Mountain offers the oldest ongoing old-time gospel convention of its kind along the Appalachians. There is truly something for every music enthusiast!
